Reporting directly to the Chancellor, the CSAO provides perspective and service for the students and their non-academic needs at UWM’s highest administrative level. The CSAO works with 380 professional staff, and over 1800 student staff, to create a culture of belonging and student wellbeing at UWM by enhancing the quality of interactions and connections. The CSAO is a part of the 综合领导小组（ILT） and Alignment & Action Team (AAT) as described below.
Reporting directly to the 首席学生事务官（CSAO）, this team of Divisional leadership provide significant advice and direction to the Division based on regular consultation with the CSAO. The SALT are expected to advocate for all campus and Divisional priorities, identifying opportunities to integrate efforts cross-divisionally. This team is fundamental in aligning departmental efforts to support the Divisional priorities through collaboration and a relentless pursuit of student success. SALT members are also a part of the 综合领导小组（ILT） and Alignment & Action Team (AAT) as described below.
Alignment & Action Team (AAT)
The largest Divisional committee, the Alignment & Action Team is comprised of individuals who lead and direct the work of others, and/or may show meaningful participation in Divisional/institutional committees. This group focuses on action and implementation items ready to be enacted on campus. This collaborative team of leaders will work to make priorities, strategies and plans into realities. Individuals from the SALT, the ILT, and the CSAO are also members of the AAT.
