Prior to joining UWM in 2008, Borger held positions as an attorney with Keating, Muething & Klekamp PLL, a 100+ firm in Cincinnati, and assistant vice president at the University of Cincinnati Foundation. Trained as a classical pianist, she directed the Preparatory Department at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music for more than 10 years.
As the vice chancellor for Finance and Administrative Affairs and Chief Business Officer, 罗宾·harpen is responsible for UWM’s finances and oversees a number of administrative units that keep the university running, including financial services, budget, procurement, facilities, campus planning, transportation services, safety/risk management, human resources, IT, police and legal. An attorney, she served as UWM’s chief legal counsel from 2004 to 2012. Prior to joining UWM in 2001, Van Harpen worked for the Milwaukee law firm von Briesen & Roper, s.c., practicing school law. She earned her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.
As vice chancellor for Global Inclusion & Engagement, 琼王子 strengthens UWM’s ties to the community and helps maintain a supportive and welcoming campus climate for people from all backgrounds. In 2012, President Barack Obama appointed Prince as an alternate representative to the 67th General Assembly of the United Nations, with the honorary rank of ambassador. In that role, she represented the United States in dealing with UN committees and organizations such as UNESCO and UNICEF; delivered statements on U.S. policy; and engaged other diplomats and advisors in discussions on global issues.
As vice chancellor for 大学关系 and Communications, 汤姆luljak directs the university’s marketing, public relations and neighborhood relations initiatives. He also serves as UWM’s chief lobbyist, representing the university’s interests in the state capitol and Washington, D.C. Luljak has served as an associate lecturer in UWM’s Department of Journalism Advertising & Media Studies, teaching corporate communications and sports marketing. He began his career as a broadcast journalist, serving as news director for WTMJ-TV, WTMJ-AM and WKTI-FM. His numerous broadcast journalism awards include the George Foster Peabody Award for Investigative Journalism. Today, he can still be heard on WUWM, where he hosts the radio program UWM Today.
